- Collaborated on research projects at the University of Iceland, Center for Public Health Sciences (1) Association between adverse childhood experiences and multiple sclerosis in women – A population-based cohort study [Stress-And-Gene-Analysis (SAGA) study]; and with the Icelandic Heart Association (2) Serum vitamin D and risk of cognitive impairment and Parkinson’s disease; (3) History of outdoor occupations and risk of Parkinson’s disease [Age, Gene/Environment Susceptibility (AGES)-Reykjavík study]
